I had a session rained out today (and our plans were more of the picnic-in-the-sun-wearing-white variety), so I took advantage of the free time to show off the fun that rainy day session can be. Of course, appropriate attire is a must– I have seen some super cute raincoats and galoshes!
The threenager had a good time in the puddles, but wasn’t so keen on the photo shoot part. She must have not gotten the memo that all the other kids I meet adore having me take their picture.

Wow, these really bring me back to my childhood! Remember when we purposefully got our feet wet instead of being stuffy adults and avoiding puddles? Lovely:)
I love these natural and unposed shots. You have let the children have fun and their personality can really be seen. I particularly love the ones where the little girl is blowing the dandelion – she is so in her own world.
The “threenager” – haha! Love that! And love all of these fun images too, just awesome!
These are so fabulous – I love the jumping in the water shots!
